The new 'Rinka-shaped Tart with Colorful Fruits and Cheese Mousse' was developed with the image of a warm moment spent together by a family gathering around a single tart on Father's Day. On the original Qu'il fait bon Rinka-shaped tart crust, a cheese mousse made with marinated La France pears and Le Gall cream cheese is layered. It is then colorfully adorned with 8 types of fresh fruits including Sato Nishiki cherries, ruby grapefruit, green kiwi, and mango, creating a gorgeous item that evokes the early summer.

Finished with a rich yet refreshing taste that is easy to eat even during the rainy season, it is perfect for family tables. A smaller 17cm size is also available, making it suitable for small groups or as a gift.
