Announcement of Contract Conclusion with Dexerials Corporation

Quest Co., Ltd. has concluded an outsourcing contract with Dexerials Corporation regarding IT operation and maintenance. This contract is part of our mid-to-long-term growth strategy, aimed at expanding the value of our IT services and strengthening our stable revenue base. Quest has supported the IT infrastructure of customers in various industries, including manufacturing, through system construction, operation, and maintenance services. In recent years, against the backdrop of DX promotion and changes in the business environment, there is an increasing need for advanced IT infrastructure, stable operation, and cost optimization. In this environment, Dexerials was considering building a long-term collaborative system with an external partner to ensure the continuous stable operation and advancement of its internal systems and IT infrastructure. Our technical capabilities and operational track record were evaluated, leading to this agreement. Based on this contract, we will provide outsourcing services in Dexerials' IT operation and maintenance area, focusing on application development, operation and maintenance, IT service management, help desk operations, and infrastructure environment operation. This contract leads to deepening relationships with key customers and expanding stock-type business, and stable and continuous revenue is expected. We will continue to aim for both the sustainable growth of our customers and the improvement of our corporate value by providing high-value-added services, including planning, design, and improvement proposals, not limited to the operation area.
