Quando, Inc. Young engineers responsible for bridge inspections inherit the judgment criteria of retired skilled workers through AI. Abnormalities in water pipes can be found at the same level as experienced veterans. When asked "How should I judge this situation?" at a construction site, wisdom accumulated over decades of on-site knowledge is returned. And the people working on these sites can proudly say, "This job is cool."

Changing each individual site will change working styles, revitalize regions, attract people, transform the skills dormant within skilled workers into capabilities usable by the next generation, and lead to the "reorganization of industrial structure" that we envision.
That is Quando's dream, mission, and reason for existence.

Quando's Challenge: Reorganizing Industrial Structures from the Field

Quando's purpose is "Transforming dormant power into the power of evolution." We are tackling DX and the reorganization of industrial structures by deeply engaging with construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sites. What we aim for is not merely operational efficiency. It is to socially implement a mechanism that visualizes, accumulates, and passes on the expert knowledge dormant in the field to the next generation using the power of digital technology and AI.

Representative Junichiro Shitaoka also serves as a director of his father's construction company, continuously observing the realities of the construction industry as an insider. Furthermore, in December 2024, Quando formed a group with Nanto Giken, a long-established construction company. By deeply involving itself in management as a partner promoting DX with a deep understanding of the field, and advancing operational reforms and system development, Quando achieved a 1.5x increase in sales and a 3x increase in profit. This also led to employee benefits, resulting in record-high bonuses and salary increases.

We are not a company that just provides software or AI and then leaves. We enter the field, establish operations, and ensure changes take root. Through such hands-on implementation, we aim to connect Japan's core industries to the next era.

A remote support tool that connects field workers with remote engineers in real-time using just a smartphone. It is utilized in the field by leading Japanese companies such as house builders, inspection agencies, railways, general contractors, subcontractors, and infrastructure equipment companies.

SynQ Remote Agent (Sync Remote Agent) [Site Supervisor Agent]

A next-generation product where an AI agent supports on-site operations based on field video, audio, and context. In 2026, it received the CES Innovation Awards, recognizing technology born in Fukuoka globally.

SynQ Inspection (Sync Inspection) [Inspection Support App]

An inspection and maintenance support product that digitizes the judgment criteria of skilled inspectors, creating a system where even less experienced members can perform inspections of a consistent quality. Development is underway with a view to its use in construction and infrastructure sites.
