QuoCareer Inc. (Head Office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo), which supports human resource recruitment in the dental industry, held the "MEETUP" joint job fair for dentists in four cities: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka, in June 2026.

This event is held annually as a venue where young dentists, primarily clinical trainees, can directly interact with dental clinics nationwide and obtain information to help them choose a workplace. In the June series this year, over 500 people (including over 300 clinical trainees) attended.

"MEETUP" Initiatives to Maximize Candidate Engagement

To bring high recruitment effectiveness to clinics in the dental labor market, where the seller's market continues, this event implements various initiatives.

Not only can job seekers and participating dental clinics interact directly at each clinic's booth, but presentation times by clinics are also provided to efficiently understand the characteristics of each clinic. In addition, various campaigns are being conducted to promote clinic visits, which are the "next step" in job hunting.
