In the critical and time-sensitive environment of emergency response, My Emergency (insurance eligibility confirmation using My Number Cards) plays a crucial role in accurately identifying patients. However, ensuring the high level of security required for handling personal information, while also dealing with the complexities of communication setup and operational procedures in a fast-paced emergency setting, has been a significant challenge.

Leveraging the technology of our corporate closed private mobile line service, 'QT PRO Secure Mobile,' we aim to resolve these issues. This service will reduce the burden on emergency personnel and provide a secure communication environment for all ambulance users.
