This plan sets the basic charge at 50% off compared to major regional power companies, and by making the electricity used effectively 100% renewable energy (zero CO2 emissions)*1, it achieves both a reduction in household burden and environmental protection. *1 Zero CO2 emissions are achieved by combining electricity derived from renewable energy with non-fossil certificates, etc.
