In today's world, where nearly 90% of business professionals play some kind of playing manager role, the term "playing manager" is often used with a negative connotation.

However, a true playing manager should be the coolest role, someone who acts themselves while overseeing the whole, influencing people and organizations to move effectively.

The future PyxOne envisions is a world where, instead of one special individual leading the team, all team members have a sense of ownership and can act autonomously, making such organizations the norm.

Our dream is to create and enable a state where roles like manager and member are not about authority, but about differences in roles and distinctions, where each person can view the whole picture, use a "map" to move the entire team. That is the dream we want to realize.
