AERA Books, a Web Media for Book Lovers, is Born! Beta Version Released!!

On April 1, Asahi Shimbun Publications released the beta version of its digital book media, "AERA Books." Going forward, we will publish a wider range of content, including interviews and book reviews previously featured in the weekly magazine "AERA" and the news site "AERA DIGITAL," as well as original articles and videos that delve into trending books and authors of interest.

At AERA Books, we will deliver book information that transcends publisher boundaries. In addition to information on popular labels published by Asahi Shimbun Publications such as "Asahi Shinsho," "Asahi Bunko," and "Asahi Sensho," we will feature the "Super Basics You Can't Ask Now" series, which has sold over 2 million copies cumulatively (including "Super Basics of Money," "Super Basics of Investing," and "Super Basics of Marriage"). Furthermore, we will provide information on a wide variety of books, including business books, children's books, and picture books. While the ways we interact with books continue to expand—through physical books, e-books, audiobooks, and summary services—it is precisely because we live in an era where we can encounter countless stories that AERA Books aims to deliver "a valuable book" to you.

Official "AERA Books" Site Scheduled to Open in Late July!

With a soft green theme color, AERA Books introduces the books and stories we want to deliver to you right now. The beta site, which launched on April 1, will be reborn into an official version in late July with significantly brushed-up designs and new features such as videos and trial reading functions. We hope to slowly nurture this space together with everyone who loves books.
