Under the keyword "AI alone won't change operations," this event will cover a wide range of topics from customer support operations, monitoring, and content moderation to quality assurance, introducing the latest trends and practical examples of AI utilization. In 2023, he dedicated himself as a manager to establishing an in-house QA organization for a mobile order service at a product company, and joined Pole To Win in May 2024. As the head of the third-party verification department, he is striving to create a place where "people want to work with you" and is working hard to drive the business.
