[What is Protean Career Dock?] It is a career autonomy support program that combines the 'Self-Career Dock' promoted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare with modern Protean career theory. By combining the 'Career Development Diagnosis' that visualizes individual career status with dialogue, it supports employees' proactive career formation and organizational sustainable growth.

Over the past four years, it has been provided to over 200 companies, mainly listed firms, reaching a total of 300,000 individuals, and won the 'HR Award 2024' Professional Category (Human Resources Development/Training Division) Excellence Award.
