(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Kishida; hereinafter "BLOCKS PLUS"), will merge with RJ Office Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Koji Kishida; hereinafter "RJ Office").
This merger will integrate the planning and operation systems, thereby strengthening the promotion structure for the shared office business.

Background of the Merger
RJ Office boasts a highly precise PM/BM system specialized in the micro-office domain and high-quality operational capabilities that capture latent on-site needs. It has built strong trust and a solid track record from both sides: as a strategic partner supporting revenue maximization for real estate owners and asset management companies, and as an office operation partner realizing desired spaces and environments for users.
BLOCKS PLUS was established with the aim of integrating RJ Office's operational know-how with Profittz's content planning capabilities and asset management functions (Reference: Press release distributed on March 7, 2022: "Establishment of 'BLOCKS PLUS Co., Ltd.' to develop new types of shared offices tailored to needs").
Since its establishment, it has expanded its presence by developing "BLOCKS OFFICE," a new type of shared office that transcends conventional concepts, utilizing unique branding and leasing methods (https://www.blocks-office.jp/).
Against the backdrop of this business expansion, as the business enters its next growth phase, both companies shared the recognition that strengthening the management foundation in line with business growth, such as optimizing human resources and enhancing operational sophistication, is crucial for further expansion and growth.
Based on this challenge, both companies agreed that integrating their planning and operational functions and creating business synergies by leveraging each other's strengths would accelerate growth, leading to this merger.
