Shinjuku Prince Hotel (Location: 1-30-1 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Manabu Takeiri) will hold a 'Hokkaido Fair' from July 1 to September 30, 2026, at three of its onsite restaurants: 'Japanese Dining & Bar FUGA (25F),' 'Buffet Dining Prince Marche (B2),' and 'The Station Cafe Bar (B1).'

Following its popularity last year, this year's fair has been extended. Each restaurant has meticulously adapted Hokkaido's local cuisine and culinary culture, offering them in diverse styles including buffet, course menus, and à la carte. Prince Marche will feature a two-part menu structure ('Part 1' and 'Part 2') to offer varying tastes throughout the duration, along with a limited-time 'all-you-can-eat boiled crab' special.
