The Prince Park Tower Tokyo (Location: 4-8-1 Shiba-koen, Minato-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Yasuhisa Kanda) will offer the 'Hokkaido Melon Afternoon Tea,' featuring luscious Hokkaido melons, from July 1 (Wed) to August 31 (Mon), 2026.

Hokkaido melons, a highly popular summer delicacy, are known for their rich aroma and melting sweetness, cultivated by Hokkaido's distinct climate with large daily temperature fluctuations. This afternoon tea features a selection of sweets that highlight the melon's appeal, along with savories using Hokkaido specialties such as Ezo deer and octopus.

## Main Plate 'Shiny Melon' with Balanced Flavors

The sweets include the 'Shiny Melon' vacherin as the main plate, allowing guests to enjoy juicy green-fleshed melon with light, crispy meringue. Other offerings include a fraisier with refreshing mint and a granita to be enjoyed with fresh melon soup. The savory menu includes a substantial mini-burger with Ezo deer patty on a Hokkaido-milk bun, and an octopus carpaccio served with colorful vegetables.
