Offered in a half-buffet format, the lunch menu features three chef-curated dishes served individually per guest. Highlights include chilled capellini with Karuizawa-grown Amela tomatoes and peaches, herb-scented porchetta, and a reimagined version of the classic British dessert "Peach Melba." These dishes showcase the chef’s creativity paired with the season’s finest ingredients. The event will take place at "Dining Bloom," a spacious restaurant on the first floor with panoramic 9-meter-high windows offering sweeping views of Mount Asama. Guests can enjoy their meal amid stunning scenery, then enhance their stay with special packages combining onsen bathing or a round of golf at the Karuizawa Asama Golf Course.
