Kushiro Prince Hotel (Location: 7-1 Saiwai-cho, Kushiro-shi, Hokkaido; General Manager: Yoshito Yanagisawa) will renovate its 5th-floor restaurant and open a new fitness facility on Friday, May 1, 2026.
This facility aims to provide guests with a more fulfilling wellness experience, based on the concept of "a space where the stay itself leads to health." With an open design and the latest training equipment, it can be widely used by everyone from beginners to those who train regularly. By creating an environment where guests can easily maintain their condition even while traveling, it caters to both tourism and business needs. It can be utilized in various situations such as refreshing during a stay, maintaining health, or changing pace during a workation. Furthermore, taking advantage of Kushiro's cool climate, it offers a comfortable training environment unique to a summer retreat during the summer. In winter, it supports conditioning for winter sports users, accommodating diverse usage scenarios throughout the year. In addition, we are working to improve customer satisfaction (CS) for athlete training camps, strengthening our support system for athletes not only in terms of training environment but also nutrition. By offering menus certified as athlete meals, we provide total support that integrates exercise, rest, and nutrition, contributing to improved athletic performance and optimized conditioning. With the opening of this facility, we aim to further enhance the value of stays centered on wellness and respond to diverse needs such as tourism, business, and sports. Moving forward, we will also work on improving experiential value by utilizing regional resources and plan to introduce outpatient use for local customers, further strengthening our role as a facility open to the community.
