The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Kiyomizu (Location: 2-204-2 Kiyomizu, Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture; General Manager: Takanori Muroi) will hold a seasonal event themed around cherry blossoms, "Spring SAKURA Lounge," in its guest lounge for a limited period from March 16 to April 20, 2026.
Our hotel's proud guest lounge is a space enveloped in tranquility and beauty, accessible to all guests staying in any room. In spring, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Kyoto's unique scenery, including Hokan-ji Temple's Yasaka Pagoda and the tiled roofs of Kyoto machiya houses, along with the cherry blossoms.
During the "Spring SAKURA Lounge" period, the lounge will be adorned with cherry blossom decorations, creating a spring-like atmosphere. Additionally, limited-edition drinks and sweets inspired by cherry blossoms will be available, offering a special time to fully enjoy spring for approximately one month.
The Hotel Seiryu Kyoto Kiyomizu is a heritage hotel that preserves and utilizes a former elementary school building constructed approximately 90 years ago. The cherry trees inherited from its elementary school days still bloom beautifully every spring. Please enjoy a special spring experience that can only be found here, alongside the cherry blossoms that breathe with history.
