We offer sweets where the deep flavor of matcha and the sweet and tartness of berries gently blend together, starting with the refreshing "Matcha and Strawberry Amuse" served with vanilla ice cream. This includes an opera cake with rich matcha ganache and sweet and tart berry cream layered, a cookieシュー filled with matcha custard cream and raspberry jam, and a matcha yokan shaped like dango, accented with strawberries and raspberry cream. In addition, you can enjoy fragrant matcha scones and refreshing savories made with fresh seasonal vegetables, accented with plum and citrus.
