We have implemented a base salary increase for all full-time employees. The Company is committed to continuously improving compensation, and this marks the fifth consecutive year of base salary increases since fiscal 2022.
2. Increase in Starting Salary for New Graduates (4th consecutive year, reaching ¥300,000)
The starting salary for new graduates in both the Generalist and Area Generalist tracks has been uniformly raised by ¥5,000. This brings the starting salary for the Generalist track to the ¥300,000 milestone, a significant total increase of ¥70,000 over the past four years.

3. Expansion of Housing Allowance (Expanded eligibility and increased amount)
To further enhance our employee benefits, we have increased the maximum monthly housing allowance by ¥10,000 to reduce the burden of housing costs for our employees. We have also significantly expanded the range of eligible employees, supporting a larger number of staff to work autonomously and with peace of mind.
