■ Background of the Representative Director Change
Our company has been developing inspection services that enable the assessment of disease onset risk at the pre-symptomatic stage, under the theme of "extending healthy life expectancy through preventive medicine."

As a result, we have built a network with over 4,700 affiliated medical institutions nationwide, and the cumulative number of examinees has exceeded 1.45 million, establishing a strong business foundation in preventive medicine. In particular, we have focused on promoting preventive medicine, primarily through optional examinations in health checkups, and have now developed to a point where we can provide opportunities for many people to confront their own health, in collaboration with affiliated medical institutions nationwide.

As Japan faces a super-aging society, preventive medicine is required to evolve from an individual choice into an indispensable infrastructure supporting society.

In this major turning point, we have refreshed our management team to strengthen our management structure for the next growth phase. Building upon the strong business foundation we have established, we will place Mr. Tanaka's expertise in strategy and finance at the core of our organizational management, further accelerating the social implementation of our accumulated research findings. Simultaneously, we will promote the improvement of corporate value and business expansion.

■ New Representative Director President's Career
Graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics. Joined Mori Trust Co., Ltd., engaging in finance and investment businesses. Subsequently, worked at J-Will Partners Co., Ltd. and Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (now INCJ Co., Ltd.), where he was involved in M&A and PE-related operations for various companies, including those in healthcare. Later, in 2020, he moved to Boston Consulting Group Japan, where he engaged in projects such as due diligence during acquisitions, post-acquisition PMI support, and management strategy formulation.

Joined Premedica Inc. in 2022. In April of the same year, he became Executive Officer CFO overseeing the administrative division, and in June 2023, he was appointed Director CFO. In August 2025, he concurrently served as CSO, taking charge of both management strategy and financial areas as Director CFO & CSO. In April 2026, he was appointed Representative Director President & CEO.
