As the third installment of this project, new baked goods featuring Yamanashi-grown Shine Muscat grapes and peaches will be released on April 1, 2026 (Wednesday) under the "Henri Charpentier" and "C3 (シーキューブ)" brands. Provincia Co., Ltd., which operates "Museum café Sweets lab Budoya kofu" at the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum, participated in this product development by providing primary processed local fruits. Through collaboration with Suzette Holdings' proprietary technology, special baked goods have been created that capture the flavor of freshly picked local fruits—an experience typically only available at the source. The products will be sold through department stores, transportation hubs, and airport retail channels, bringing the "value of fruit that can only be experienced at the source during the peak season" to many consumers both domestically and internationally.
