Saitama Prefecture is promoting initiatives to foster affection for rivers among its residents and many others through the "SAITAMA River Supporters Project" (commonly known as Ribasapo).

As part of this effort, the "Ribasapo Quest 2026" project, designed to encourage visits to river-related facilities and attractions, will launch on July 7, Reiwa 8 (2026) (Tue).

Ribasapo Quest is a digital stamp rally that utilizes the official Ribasapo LINE account to earn points by participating in river events, visiting facilities, and taking quizzes.

Accumulating points will increase your level, allowing you to earn a clear certificate featuring motifs of the prefecture's native species and a prize lottery ticket.

This year, in collaboration with the "Waterside Space Utilization Project" and "Waterside de Venture Challenge," the number of facilities offering points, including accommodations and campgrounds where you can enjoy rivers, has significantly increased from 14 to 33. Additionally, attractive prizes such as discount coupons for glamping accommodations have been prepared.

This summer, participate in local events with the spirit of an explorer traveling through the "River Country Saitama" and become a "river lover."

Ribasapo Quest

(1) Start Date

July 7, Reiwa 8 (2026) (Tue) - February 15, Reiwa 9 (2027) (Mon)

(2) Eligibility

Anyone who cherishes the rivers of Saitama Prefecture.

(Children without a LINE account should participate with a parent or guardian.)

(3) Content

A system for earning points using the shop card function of the official Ribasapo LINE account. Points can be earned by participating in river events or visiting river-related facilities.

Your level will increase according to the points accumulated, and you will receive a clear certificate and a prize lottery ticket.

(4) How to Participate

Add the official Ribasapo LINE account as a friend (https://line.me/R/ti/p/%40149favcx).

Check the events and facilities eligible for points, which will be released on the official Ribasapo portal site on July 7 (Tue), and participate.

Earn points by reading the QR code for point acquisition displayed at participating events, etc., with LINE.

You can receive benefits based on the accumulated points.

(5) Events and Facilities Eligible for Points (Examples)

Participation in river events such as river play, wildlife surveys, and trash collection by canoe.

Participation in events related to river cleanup and biodiversity conservation.

Visits to 33 facilities, including the Prefectural Museum of Nature and Science and Saitama Aquarium.

(6) Benefits Obtainable by Lottery (Examples)

Accommodation discount coupons usable at hotels and inns within the prefecture (30,000 yen discount).

Facility usage tickets usable at campgrounds within the prefecture (worth 5,000 yen).
