[What is the Nara Prefecture and Municipal Civil Engineering Staff Joint Recruitment Examination?]

(1) This is an examination conducted jointly by Nara Prefecture and local municipalities to recruit civil engineering technical staff.

(2) The first stage of the examination is conducted jointly by the prefecture and municipalities, while the second stage is conducted individually by each organization.

(3) Applicants can select up to three organizations they wish to join, ranked from first to third choice, when applying for the examination.

[Determination of Successful Candidates]

For the first stage of the examination, successful candidates for each organization are determined based on the results of the written test, prioritizing the organizations selected by the applicants.

[Late Schedule (Second Chance)]

There are up to two opportunities for the second stage of the examination: the "Early Schedule" and the "Late Schedule." Even if an applicant is unsuccessful in the "Early Schedule," there is a chance to pass for another organization in the "Late Schedule."

*The Late Schedule will only be conducted if an organization fails to meet its planned number of recruits during the Early Schedule and deems it necessary.
