[What is the Nara Prefecture and Municipal Joint Civil Engineering Staff Recruitment Examination?]

(1) This is an examination conducted jointly by Nara Prefecture and municipalities within the prefecture to recruit civil engineering technical staff.

(2) The first-stage examination is conducted jointly by the prefecture and municipalities, while the second-stage examination is conducted individually by each organization.

(3) Applicants can select up to three organizations they wish to work for, ranked from first to third choice, when applying for the examination.

[Determination of Successful Candidates]

For the first-stage examination, successful candidates for each organization are determined based on written examination scores, prioritizing the organizations selected by the applicants.

[Late-Stage Schedule (Second Chance)]

There are up to two opportunities for the second-stage examination: the "Early-Stage Schedule" and the "Late-Stage Schedule." Even if an applicant is unsuccessful in the Early-Stage, they have a chance to pass for another organization during the Late-Stage.

*The Late-Stage Schedule will only be implemented if an organization fails to meet its planned recruitment numbers during the Early-Stage and deems it necessary.

・Application period: Monday, July 6 – Sunday, August 30

・First-stage examination: Sunday, September 27

・Second-stage examination and beyond: Early November to early December
