Presena Strategic Partners Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takahisa Takada), which aims to systematize and disseminate business skills, has formed a capital alliance. This was achieved through a third-party allotment of its own shares to "QR Fund No. 2 Investment Limited Partnership," operated by QR Investment Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture; Representative Director: Toru Matoba), an investment company within the CCI Group. This capital alliance aims to further strengthen and accelerate the collaborative framework with CC Innovation Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture), a consulting company within the CCI Group, based on a basic agreement signed in April 2024.

Background and Purpose: Supporting the Growth of Regional Companies Based on Trust Since 2022

Following the relocation of Presena's founder, Takada, to Ishikawa Prefecture, a basic business consignment agreement was signed with the CCI Group (CC Innovation) in 2022. Since then, discussions and practical efforts have been made to deepen trust and explore organizational development and human resource development in the Hokuriku region. While Presena has primarily supported human resource development for global companies, expanding value provision to regional companies, which constitute the majority of Japanese businesses, required a deeper understanding of regional-specific management challenges and circumstances. This capital alliance integrates Presena's "educational content and mechanisms" with the CCI Group's "deep knowledge of regional companies and consulting capabilities" based on past collaboration achievements. By combining the strengths of both parties as equal strategic partners, they aim to jointly build a "human capital management support model" that can be deployed to regional companies across Japan, using the Hokuriku region as a model case.

Specific Initiatives:

1. Joint Promotion of Training Business

CC Innovation has already been provided with some of Presena's problem-solving training kits, "Dry Mango," and "teaching material modules." Going forward, a large number of Presena's teaching material modules will be fully integrated and promoted. A system will be established to provide high-quality training by Presena instructors and CC Innovation consultants, supporting regional companies in building organizations that can sustainably develop human resources while keeping costs down.

2. Wide-Area Collaboration in Tokyo/Nagoya/Osaka and Asian Countries

The scope of collaboration extends beyond the Hokuriku region, including mutual client referrals for customers in the Tokyo/Nagoya/Osaka area and cooperation in supporting Japanese companies in Asian countries. Both Presena and CC Innovation have multiple bases in Asian regions such as Vietnam. They will establish a system to comprehensively provide global-standard human resource development, consulting, organizational development, and human resource development services tailored to local conditions for Japanese companies operating in these regions.

3. Learning from Regional Challenges and National Expansion

Through collaboration with QR Investment and CC Innovation, Presena will learn about challenges faced by regional companies, such as labor shortages and successor development, and apply this knowledge to improve its programs. Based on the expertise and achievements gained, the goal is to expand nationwide to regional companies across Japan, potentially in collaboration with financial institutions in other regions, jointly with CC Innovation.
