Polus Group Donates 'Traffic Safety Notebooks' to New First-Graders in Matsudo, Nagareyama, Kashiwa, Abiko, and Noda Cities, Supporting Local Children's Safety for 27 Years Since 2000

Polus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Kojiuro Nakauchi) of the Polus Group has donated a total of 11,618 'Traffic Safety Notebooks' to all new first-graders in five cities in Chiba Prefecture—Nagareyama City, Noda City, Abiko City (April 23), Matsudo City, and Kashiwa City (April 24)—through their respective boards of education.

Since 2000, the Polus Group has started donating 'Safety Hands,' a sponge tool that encourages children to raise their hands when crossing the street, targeting Matsudo City, Nagareyama City, and Noda City. From 2009, this initiative evolved into the more practical 'Traffic Safety Notebooks,' and later expanded to include Kashiwa City and Abiko City. This year marks the 27th year of this activity.

Through these activities, the company will continue to contribute to creating safe and secure towns where children are protected from accidents.
