Initiative on 'PoliPoli Gov,' a website for conveying voices to the administration

Submission deadline: Until Sunday, May 31, 2026

PoliPoli Inc. (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuma Ito) has partnered with Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture, to launch a demonstration experiment using 'PoliPoli Gov (AI β version)' to better incorporate citizens' voices into policy-making.

In this demonstration, 'PoliPoli Gov (AI β version),' which is equipped with AI functions, will be used to support the "collection, classification, summarization, and insight extraction" of opinions submitted by citizens through the 'PoliPoli Gov' website, which allows citizens to convey their voices to the administration.

This will enable the understanding of potential citizen needs that were difficult to collect or delve into using conventional methods, and will also enhance and streamline data analysis through the organization of data analysis workflows.

Through this initiative, we aim to promote evidence-based policy-making (EBPM) and contribute to updating the decision-making processes in administration.

Overview of the Demonstration Experiment

Theme: Gifu City Questionnaire to create a city where people feel happy together

Period: May 12, 2026 (Tuesday) to May 31, 2026 (Sunday) 23:59

Target: Residents, workers, and students in Gifu City

Based on the insights gained from this demonstration, we will sequentially update various functions of 'PoliPoli Gov' to enhance its value as a policy co-creation infrastructure that contributes to the advancement of strategy formulation and policy-making in various local governments. Concurrently, we will also promote collaboration and implementation with various local governments.

What is 'PoliPoli Gov' (PoliPoli Gab), a website for conveying voices to the administration?

It is a "policy co-creation platform" for residents and administration to create society together. Anyone can easily submit ideas to the administration online. It updates the activity of listening to the opinions and requests of citizens and residents towards the administration (= public hearing) into a new mechanism compatible with the digital age, contributing to the happy lives of each individual.

Consultations regarding policies arrive from the administration to PoliPoli Gov

Residents can post opinions and ideas, and 'like' comments they empathize with

PoliPoli analyzes comments, and the administration uses them as a reference for policy-making

Future Outlook: Towards an era where residents and administration co-create policies

PoliPoli's mission is to "contribute to the happy lives of people worldwide by continuously creating new political and administrative systems." To achieve this, we will continue to propose updates to the policy-making process through our service provision.

In Japan, over 70% of citizens feel that their opinions are not reflected in society, which is a high level. To solve this problem, a tool is needed that allows anyone to easily participate in creating systems with the administration. Through service provision, we aim for a society where residents and administration can "co-create policies."
