● About Sketter 'Sketter' is a regional mutual aid platform released in 2019 with the goal of building a mutual aid infrastructure for the Reiwa era, where local residents support welfare. Its primary feature is that even those without experience or qualifications can get involved in welfare by doing what they can (excluding physical care). Approximately 70% of registered users are individuals with no prior experience in the nursing or welfare sectors. Many users possess a 'welfare mindset' and a desire to be useful to their community, continuously increasing the number of people involved from all industries. The platform engages diverse generations of local talent, including students, young people in their 10s to 30s, and active seniors in their 60s and 70s, uncovering a latent group of interested individuals who previously lacked the means or opportunities to get involved. Partnerships with high schools and universities are also accelerating. Starting in February 2026, the platform will partner with JAL to award miles to Sketter participants. Towards the realization of a community-based inclusive society
