Announcement of Tokyo Branch Office Opening to Strengthen Area Management System as a Hub for the Tokyo Metropolitan Area

Plenus Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Ginza; President and CEO: Shiro Kaneko) operates 2,797 stores nationwide for its take-out bento box business "Hotto Motto" and its set-meal restaurant business "Yayoiken". (As of the end of June 2026).

To strengthen its area management system for the promotion of its medium-to-long-term management plan, the company has established "branches" nationwide since March 1, 2026, to integrate the management of both "Hotto Motto" and "Yayoiken" brands and to oversee area management.

We are pleased to announce that we have newly established a "Tokyo Branch" in the Tokyo area as of July 1 and have opened an office at the location below. We will position the "Tokyo Branch" as a hub responsible for the economic zone of the Tokyo metropolitan area, and strengthen the area management system by expanding store openings and conducting area marketing for "Hotto Motto" and "Yayoiken".
