Plaid Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO Kenta Kurahashi) announces that its CX (Customer Experience) platform 'KARTE' has begun data integration with 'AudienceOne®', a DMP provided by Hakuhodo DY ONE Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President Hiroaki Kitazume).
Overview and Features of the Integration
Through this integration, companies using KARTE can leverage interest and attribute data from 'AudienceOne®', one of Japan's largest DMPs with over 380 million IDs, directly within KARTE.
This allows client companies to gain a multi-faceted understanding of website visitors by combining their own customer behavior data with external interest and insight data. This is particularly effective for first-time visitors who have not yet accumulated behavioral history on the company's own site. By utilizing data based on pre-visit search and browsing behavior, it becomes possible to deliver personalized content and optimize initial navigation from the very first landing.
Results of the Preliminary Proof of Concept (PoC)
Prior to the launch of this integration, Hakuhodo DY ONE conducted a PoC. By segmenting users based on 'AudienceOne®' data and delivering content (such as user testimonials) tailored to their interests, the group utilizing the integration saw a 15.6 percentage point improvement in cart addition rate compared to the group that did not. For some products, the purchase rate improved by 20.0 percentage points.
