Launched in June 2015, pixiv Sketch is a drawing communication platform designed around the concept of "making everyday drawing more fun." Users can casually upload any kind of artwork, including doodles, sketches, and unfinished illustrations.

New feature "Secret Heart" launched: Send hearts anonymously

In April 2026, we launched a new feature called "Secret Heart," allowing users to send hearts anonymously. This feature lets users express sentiments like "I want to share my appreciation more freely!" or "I want to support someone quietly from behind the scenes!" Users can send a Secret Heart simply by clicking or tapping the "Secret Heart" icon on an item, just like a regular Heart. Importantly, the recipient and other users will not be able to see who sent the Secret Heart.

pixiv Sketch 11th Anniversary Illustration Campaign "Let's Make the Pixiv Sketch School Festival a Success!"

To celebrate pixiv Sketch's 11th anniversary, we are hosting the illustration campaign "Let's Make the Pixiv Sketch School Festival a Success!". Participants can choose one of four clubs—"Theater Club," "Food Stall Club," "Music Club," or "Haunted House Club"—and submit an illustration matching the chosen club's theme. Users may submit multiple different artworks to different clubs during the event period. Each club's level of excitement will be visualized based on submission counts and reactions, allowing users to enjoy seeing how their contributions and support make the "Pixiv Sketch School Festival" even more vibrant. All participants who submit a themed illustration will receive a 500 yen equivalent pixivcoban reward. Additionally, five winners will be randomly selected from the works in the club that earns the most points to receive Bluetooth earphones.

How to Participate:

Create an illustration matching the theme, and post it on pixiv Sketch with the campaign tag "#Let'sMakeThePixivSketchSchoolFestivalASuccess" and the club tag of your choice (e.g., "#TheaterClub").
