Picpoly Inc. (Headquarters: Utsunomiya, Tochigi Prefecture; Representative Director: Serina Ueno) is pleased to announce the launch of "URUWA," a new service themed around "Oshikatsu" (supporting one's favorite characters).
Great excitement even during the pre-release! "URUWA" has officially launched!
The Tochigi-based creator support platform "URUWA" officially launched on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
This service is a made-to-order platform specializing in three-dimensional objects, allowing illustrators, VTubers, and V-Livers to turn their own characters into figures and deliver them to their fans.
By having URUWA handle all aspects of manufacturing, sales, and shipping, we have created an environment where creators can easily sell figures—a product that was previously difficult to include in merchandise lineups.
As of the official launch, the participating creators have a combined total of 150,000 followers.
As a platform that connects a creator's "unique creative activities" with a fan's "desire to support their favorite," we aim to create a cycle where fan purchases fuel the creator's next project.

From illustrations to character figures.
URUWA is designed not to interfere with a creator's creative activities.
Creators simply need to provide a "three-view drawing" (front, side, and back) of the character they wish to turn into a figure.
Under the supervision of figure sculptors with over eight years of industry experience, URUWA handles everything in-house: 3D modeling, figure manufacturing, sales management, shipping, and customer support.
Of course, creators check the figure models themselves and take responsibility for requesting revisions if they are not satisfied.
Furthermore, because it is a made-to-order system, we only manufacture what is sold.
This provides an environment where creators can focus on their creative activities.
Even if "likes" increase, it doesn't become activity funding.
With the spread of social media, it has become easy for creators to gain recognition.
However, converting that popularity into sustainable income remains a high hurdle.
In particular, three-dimensional goods like figures have been an unrealistic option for creators due to barriers such as manufacturing costs and the hassle of shipping.
URUWA aims to remove those walls and establish figures as a "new merchandise option that creators can choose."
A new option for three-dimensional objects not found in existing services.
Until now, the standard for creator merchandise has been flat items like acrylic stands and T-shirts.
However, URUWA adds high-value three-dimensional objects—"figures" that act as the character's physical avatar—to that lineup.
For fans, it is a special experience to have their favorite character as a physical presence in their hands.
For creators, it is a new pillar of revenue where they can freely set prices according to their own brand value.
We have realized a mechanism where a fan's desire to "want" something directly leads to supporting the creator.
"Creation → Sales → Support → Next Creation." Bringing this cycle to more creators.
URUWA will actively promote the expansion of participating creators from here on out.
Currently, 18 creators, both individuals and companies, have joined URUWA, with a combined total of 150,000 followers.
Moving forward, we will continue to build an environment where even more creators, primarily illustrators, VTubers, and V-Livers, can deliver their worldview to fans in the form of figures.
Fan purchases generate the creator's next creation, and that creation generates new fans. URUWA aims to spread this cycle from Tochigi to the rest of the country, and eventually, the world.
