Hibiki Yoshida Profile

Born in 2002, from Shizuoka Prefecture.

Born on August 20, 2002, in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture. He began track and field in junior high school and distinguished himself as a long-distance runner at Tokai University Shizuoka Shoyo High School.

After entering Tokai University, he garnered attention with a strong run on the 5th leg of the Hakone Ekiden in his first year. He later transferred to Soka University, where he honed his competitive skills with a focus on ekiden races. In the 101st Hakone Ekiden (2025), he made a 13-position overtake in the prestigious 2nd leg, setting a new Japanese all-time record of 1 hour, 5 minutes, and 43 seconds. After graduating from university, he continues to challenge himself on a wide range of stages, including marathons and trail running, with a global perspective as a professional runner affiliated with Sun Belx.
