Project Holdings Co., Ltd. Appoints Toshiki Kitamura, Former Representative Director and CEO of Rise Consulting Group, as Executive Officer and COO

Project Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yusuke Doi; hereinafter "the Company") is pleased to announce that Toshiki Kitamura, former Representative Director and CEO of Rise Consulting Group Co., Ltd., has been appointed as Executive Officer and COO.

Furthermore, to further strengthen the business promotion system of the entire group, we have partially revised the management structure of the Company and its group companies, which we also announce.

1. Appointment of Mr. Kitamura as Executive Officer and COO

The Company is strengthening its business foundation for further growth, focusing on its core consulting services that emphasize "corporate transformation" and "on-site implementation," while keeping in mind changes in the business environment, including the evolution of AI.

Mr. Kitamura, who has been appointed Executive Officer and COO, has led a wide range of initiatives as a manager of a consulting firm and a listed company, including business growth, organizational expansion, talent acquisition, and business transformation utilizing AI.

At the Company, he will leverage these experiences to drive cross-business promotion for the further growth of existing businesses, as well as to oversee new business development, the construction of an AI-driven business foundation, and recruitment strategies.

In the AI era, the source of competitiveness lies not only in technology itself, but also in the people and organizations that create new value by utilizing it. The Company aims to establish sustainable competitive advantage by promoting AI-driven business development and the acquisition of personnel to support it in an integrated manner.

Biography of Toshiki Kitamura, Executive Officer and COO

After graduating from the University of London, he joined Future Architect Inc. and Nomura Research Institute, Ltd. before joining Rise Consulting Group Co., Ltd. He has promoted business reforms utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, new business development, and organizational transformation, in addition to projects for financial institutions and government agencies.

He was appointed Representative Director and President in March 2021 and led the company's listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in September 2023. After serving as Representative Director and CEO, he retired upon the expiration of his term in May 2026.

As Executive Officer and COO of the Company, he will oversee the growth strategy of existing businesses, new business development including the AI intelligence initiative, and recruitment strategy.

I have known Mr. Kitamura for about 8 years, and as we have both continued to challenge ourselves in the consulting industry, we have shared the desire to "create a company that generates new value from Japan."
