Yunosuke Doi, President and CEO of Project Holdings, Joins the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives)

Project Holdings, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yunosuke Doi) is pleased to announce that its President and CEO, Yunosuke Doi, has joined the Keizai Doyukai (Japan Association of Corporate Executives).

Our company has been supporting corporate business transformation and new business development under the mission of "creating a project-based society." Through these efforts, we have accumulated knowledge regarding design methods and execution processes to increase the probability of project success, as well as the development of human resources to carry them out. In recent years, the evolution of AI has been progressing at a tremendous speed, and the very nature of corporate activities and value creation is changing significantly. In this changing environment, it is increasingly important to redesign and implement the way value is created through projects and the role of human resources for society as a whole, rather than limiting efforts to individual companies.

Joining the Keizai Doyukai is part of our effort to return the knowledge we have cultivated to society beyond the confines of a single company and to implement it throughout society as a whole. Through policy proposals and dialogue with diverse executives at the Keizai Doyukai, we will play a role in connecting practical knowledge with societal discussions.

In dealing with the front lines of corporate transformation, I have come to realize that there are many structural issues that are difficult to solve through the efforts of individual companies alone. I also feel that the evolution of AI is significantly changing the very nature of individual abilities and value creation. Amidst these changes, I believe it is necessary to reconsider, from a broader perspective, a society where professional human resources create value through projects, which then creates a chain reaction.

Through my activities at the Keizai Doyukai, I hope to contribute to discussions based on the knowledge I have gained in the field, and while deepening my learning from diverse perspectives, I want to contribute to the evolution of value creation for society as a whole.

**■ Yunosuke Doi's Profile** After completing his graduate studies, he joined Skylight Consulting Inc. in 2014. As a consultant, he was involved in projects such as promoting the IT transformation of a major economic media outlet and launching a new business for one of Japan's largest media companies. Since founding our company in January 2016, he has consistently served as President/CEO, leading organizational development and business strategy formulation and execution (current position). He graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Agriculture, and completed a Master's program at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the same university.
