Amidst such environmental changes, it is becoming increasingly important not just to limit efforts to individual companies, but to redesign and implement the ways of value creation and the ideal state of human resources through projects across society as a whole.
Joining Keizai Doyukai at this time is part of our initiative to give back to society the knowledge we have cultivated beyond the framework of individual companies, based on this background, and to implement it throughout society. Through policy proposals and dialogues with diverse business executives at Keizai Doyukai, we will fulfill our role in bridging practical expertise with social discourse.

I am deeply honored to be given the opportunity to join Keizai Doyukai.
While facing the frontlines of corporate transformation, I have come to realize that there are many structural issues that are difficult to solve through the efforts of individual companies alone. Furthermore, with the evolution of AI, I feel that individual capabilities and the very nature of value creation are undergoing massive changes. Amidst these changes, I believe it is necessary to reconsider from a broader perspective how a society should be where professional talent generates value through projects, creating a chain reaction of such outcomes.
Through my activities at Keizai Doyukai, I hope to contribute to discussions based on the knowledge I have gained in the field, while deepening my learning from diverse perspectives, thereby contributing to the evolution of value creation in society as a whole.

After completing graduate school, he joined Skylight Consulting Inc. in 2014, where he worked as a consultant on IT promotion projects for major economic media outlets and new business launch projects for one of Japan's largest media companies. Since founding Project Holdings in January 2016, he has consistently led the formulation and execution of organizational development and business strategies as Representative Director/CEO (current position). He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Tokyo, and completed his master's degree at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the same university.
