In recent years, the evolution of AI has been progressing at an astonishing speed, and corporate activities and the very nature of value creation are undergoing significant changes. Amidst such environmental changes, it is becoming increasingly important to redesign and implement the nature of value creation and human resources through projects not only as individual company initiatives, but as a society as a whole.
Joining Keizai Doyukai at this time is part of our efforts, based on this background, to give back the knowledge our company has cultivated thus far to society beyond the framework of individual companies, and to implement it across society as a whole. Through policy proposals and dialogue with diverse corporate executives at Keizai Doyukai, we will play a role in connecting practical knowledge with social discourse.

I am highly honored to have the opportunity to participate in Keizai Doyukai.
While facing the forefront of corporate transformation, I have realized that there are many structural challenges that are difficult to solve through the efforts of individual companies alone. Furthermore, due to the evolution of AI, I feel that individual capabilities and the very nature of value creation are undergoing significant changes. Amidst these changes, I believe it is necessary to rethink from a broader perspective the nature of a society where professional human resources create value through projects, creating a chain reaction.
Through my activities at Keizai Doyukai, I hope to contribute to discussions based on the knowledge gained in the field, while deepening my learning from diverse perspectives, thereby contributing to the evolution of value creation in society as a whole.

After completing graduate school, he joined Skylight Consulting Inc. in 2014, where he worked as a consultant on IT promotion projects for major economic media and new business launch projects for one of Japan's largest media companies. Since founding our company in January 2016, he has consistently led the formulation and execution of organizational development strategies and business strategies as Representative Director/CEO (current position). He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, The University of Tokyo, and completed the Master's Program at the Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences at the same university.
