Tokyo Metropolitan Government Selects PERSOL Group to Support Sports Organizations by Leveraging External Talent for International Sporting Events

PERSOL Work Switch Consulting Co., Ltd. However, a major challenge for national sports federations in Japan when hosting international events, second only to lack of funding, is the shortage of human resources. We recognize that for many organizations, securing personnel capable of handling the highly specialized tasks unique to international events (such as event bidding, public relations, marketing, sponsorship acquisition, accounting, etc.) while managing daily operations is a significant issue. Project Overview: A New Model of Support with 'People,' Not Just 'Funds.' This project is an initiative that matches sports organizations aiming to attract or host international sports events with external talent (professional human resources) possessing specialized skills tailored to their needs, and provides hands-on support for practical tasks.
