'TECH PLAY Academy' has developed training programs centered on systematic cultivation directly linked to practice to address these issues. This name change aims to convey these provided values more accurately and clarify the service's position as a solution for companies to strategically design their talent development.

Up until now, TECH PLAY Academy has been operated under the mission of 'Increasing TECH PLAYERS and TECH COMPANIES.'
Over the past few years, there have been dynamic market changes such as the data science and AI boom, DX trends, and generative AI.
Due to these changes, technology has become more accessible, and opportunities are now within reach for everyone to become a 'TECH PLAYER' (anyone who tries to solve problems with technology).
However, in the domestic environment, hurdles and headwinds remain for challengers who want to 'create' something by utilizing these opportunities. The reality is that traditional 'training' that only involves learning has not led to the provision of practical opportunities.
We are restarting with a service name that embodies our desire to cherish the 'want to create' feeling of these challengers, also known as 'Builder's Spirit,' and not to hinder them. From now on, along with the new name 'Buildspi' as an affectionate abbreviation for Builder's Spirit, we aim to contribute to a society overflowing with the feeling of 'wanting to create.'

It focuses on on-site utilization and retention rather than just tool and knowledge acquisition. It has conducted training for over 100 major companies, achieving a satisfaction rate of over 95% and a repeat rate of over 90%.
Through 'custom-made' training programs designed by experts in fields such as generative AI, data science, business development, and engineering, it cultivates 'results-oriented talent' directly linked to business challenges.
Note: 'TECH PLAY' was previously composed of two areas—'Branding' and 'Academy'—as a platform providing learning, networking, and corporate connections for engineers and IT talent.
