【Friday, May 22, 2026】Two Speakers from Persol Group to Present at Japan Agricultural News Online Seminar "Back Office DX for JA"

At this seminar, Hideo Kataoka, Representative of TECH PLAY Company at Persol Innovation Inc., and Hidekatsu Kakouchi, Representative of Reskilling Camp at Persol Research and Consulting Co., Ltd., will take the stage. They will explain the structural challenges in human resources and labor surrounding JA organizations and the key points for business reform through DX promotion, based on their respective knowledge and practical case studies.

"Back Office DX for JA" is a special online seminar aimed at proposing concrete transformation achievable through the introduction of DX solutions and a shift to sustainable organizational management, based on the actual business conditions and challenges faced by JAs. After serving as sales manager in the talent placement business, he took on roles in establishing the Open Innovation Promotion Department, planning and promoting DX projects, and developing new businesses, where he also practiced reskilling himself. He led the planning and launch of "Reskilling Camp," a reskilling support service for corporations. Currently, he serves as the representative of the same service at Persol Research and Consulting, leading business development in the reskilling domain. He is also a visiting researcher at Waseda University and an instructor at the online learning service Schoo.
