PERSOL Holdings, guided by its group vision 'Work, and Smile,' has conducted a survey on 'Working Well-being' for stakeholders of the WE League, Japan's first women's professional soccer league, based on their partnership agreement. The survey revealed high levels of well-being among those working in the league. As a company dedicated to creating 'Working Well-being,' PERSOL utilized indicators developed with Well-being for Planet Earth and the 'Work Switch Score' developed by PERSOL Work Switch Consulting. The analysis shows that WE League stakeholders score significantly higher than the national average, with 'self-growth,' 'teamwork,' and 'role recognition' serving as the core of their happiness. Metrics such as 'work engagement' and 'excitement' also exceeded a deviation score of 60. Interviews with clubs highlighted that the synergy between institutional frameworks and organizational culture is a major strength. Moving forward, PERSOL and the WE League will use these findings to promote better working environments within the sports industry.
