Persol Holdings Wins 'Peatix Community Award 2026' for Technology/Innovation

About "Peatix Community Award 2026" The "Peatix Community Award" is an award program hosted by Peatix to highlight diverse communities operating across Japan and convey their value to society. It recognizes communities in 11 categories, ranging from community-based activities and online initiatives to social problem-solving and corporate efforts. In 2026, over 250 communities applied, and 33 winners were selected across the 11 categories.

The Technology/Innovation Award won by Persol Holdings targets activities that promote knowledge sharing and collaboration through cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, Web3, XR (VR/AR/MR), startup support, digital transformation, and blockchain technology.

About "Persol Generative AI Community" The Persol Group has built an internal community where employees utilize generative AI and AI tools to improve business value and share knowledge across job functions. Launched in fiscal year 2023, the community had over 9,000 employees participating voluntarily as of May 2026.

The mission of this community is to create a self-driven culture where each employee can proactively discover and implement "new ways of working that suit them" using AI.
