To date, we have worked on improving the accuracy of job matching, personalizing career support, and automating business processes. We have also been advancing the transformation of internal operations through the use of generative AI and developing data-driven solutions to support the human resources strategies of client companies.
To further deepen these initiatives and strategically and integrally promote AI utilization across the entire group, we have established the new position of CAIO (Chief AI Officer), responsible for the company's overall AI strategy.
