PERSOL Launches 'New Employee Support Project 2026' to Encourage New Professionals from the Perspective of 'Working Well-being'

Now in its third year since starting in 2024, this year's project features the key message: 'Welcome, new professionals. The place you have chosen is far more wonderful than you think.' Starting Saturday, March 28, the company will release a support movie that conveys this message through music, centered on the 'sounds' of the workplace. Additionally, from Monday, March 30, to Sunday, April 5, outdoor advertisements will be displayed, primarily at major stations in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Even though new professionals have decided on their own 'work' through job hunting, they often feel strong anxiety just before joining a company. A survey conducted by the PERSOL Group in March 2024 on 'anxieties before employment' revealed that 86.8% of respondents felt anxious about becoming a working professional, and 84.5% had questioned whether their choice was truly correct. This shows that even after choosing and deciding on their own 'work,' many are caught between hope and anxiety.

People continue to make choices without clear answers even after entering society. By the time new professionals have 'chosen their own work,' they have already taken a significant step as members of society.

Without narration or background music, the movie is composed primarily of ambient sounds from the workplace, such as PC typing, coffee dripping, transport sounds, door opening/closing, and tool noises. By layering these miscellaneous 'sounds of work' and concluding with a 'symphony,' the movie expresses the process where individual tasks—which may seem simple or small—connect to create value for society and bring smiles to others.
