(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Shunsuke Hosaka) as of March 25, 2026.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce the publication of our "Human Capital Report 2025," which summarizes our initiatives regarding human capital.
Background of Initiatives for "ISO 30414" Payroll primarily provides BPO services for human resources and payroll administration. Given the nature of our business, we recognize that accurately grasping and appropriately responding to social trends in the HR and labor sector is a vital responsibility. Furthermore, we aim to become a leading company in the HR and labor field by proactively advancing meaningful initiatives.
We first obtained the "ISO 30414" certification—an international guideline for human capital information disclosure—in 2024. By continuing to maintain this certification, we strive to strengthen our internal organizational capabilities and human resource foundation, while further advancing the sophistication of the services we provide.
What is "ISO 30414"? "ISO 30414" is one of the management system standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It serves as an international guideline designed for organizations to quantify, analyze, and disclose information regarding their human capital. It consists of 11 categories and 69 metrics related to human capital, such as productivity and diversity.
By obtaining and maintaining this certification, both internal and external stakeholders can grasp human capital data that has been quantified based on these international guidelines.
Regarding the Publication of "Human Capital Report 2025" In the "Human Capital Report 2025," published in conjunction with the renewal of our certification, we have organized Payroll's HR strategy, its achievements, and areas for improvement.
