Rakuten Payment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rakuten Payment") is pleased to announce its participation in the "Shop in Yuzawa City! Get Up to 10% Back with Cashless Payments Yuzawa City Cashless Campaign!" (hereinafter referred to as "the Campaign"), which will be held by Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, from July 1, 2026 (Wed) to September 30, 2026 (Wed).
Under this campaign, customers who use Rakuten Pay's code payment (Note 1) at eligible stores in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, during the campaign period will receive Rakuten Points equivalent to up to 10% of their payment amount.
Additionally, by meeting certain conditions within the Rakuten Pay app, presenting a Rakuten Point Card at eligible stores, and using Rakuten Pay's code payment with Rakuten Pay balance (Note 2) as the payment source, customers can receive up to an additional 2.5% in Rakuten Points (Note 3). Therefore, combined with this campaign, the total point return will be up to 12.5%.
