PathosLogos Inc. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masayuki Makino; hereinafter 'the Company') announced that, following positive feedback from early users, it has integrated the beta version of its AI assistant 'Sophie' into its support site and has begun offering it to select client companies. This service is an AI assistant for the enterprise HR/payroll SaaS 'Combosite HR/Payroll,' which allows users to receive necessary answers in a conversational format simply by inputting their questions in 'everyday language.' In addition to AI-generated answers, the system includes a feature that summarizes the user's questions and the AI's responses, allowing them to contact the Customer Success (CS) team if further assistance is needed. This significantly reduces waiting times for human-to-human communication and streamlines operations. The background for providing 'Sophie' is that 'Combosite HR/Payroll' is supported by dedicated CS teams after implementation. Previously, users had to search manuals or contact CS directly. 'Sophie' references knowledge across the support site, allowing users to ask questions directly without worrying about keywords. Furthermore, since the summary is automatically reflected on the inquiry page, users can contact CS without re-entering information. By combining immediate AI answers with individual support, the company has achieved both ease of self-resolution and reliable support. 'Sophie' began early provision to 20 companies in late December 2025, achieving a 96% accuracy rate and 97% satisfaction rate. Moving forward, the company plans to improve features based on feedback and aims to make it available to all 'Combosite' users by May 2026.
