Pasona JOB HUB Signs Collaboration Agreement with Oita Prefecture and Two Private Companies to Promote Side Jobs and Multiple Employment in Oita — Signing Ceremony to be Held at Oita Prefectural Office on Wednesday, June 24

Pasona JOB HUB Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Motoyoshi Takagi) will sign a collaboration agreement with Oita Prefecture and two private companies, aiming to promote the utilization of side-job and multiple-employment talent within Oita Prefecture and to support local businesses in talent acquisition and competitiveness enhancement.

In conjunction with this agreement, a signing ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at the Oita Prefectural Office.

To date, Pasona JOB HUB has been building networks with multi-career professionals by providing 'JOB HUB LOCAL' across Japan, connecting urban professionals with regional enterprises to support regional problem-solving and the creation of new work styles. In Oita Prefecture, the company has contributed to promoting side jobs and multiple employment by planning and operating initiatives such as the 'Fiscal Year 2025 Matching and Networking Program between Side-Job Talent and Local Oita Companies,' hosted by the Oita Professional Talent Utilization Center※.

Under this agreement, the four parties will collaborate and support each other in seminars, events, and information dissemination organized by Oita Prefecture to enhance awareness and understanding of side-job and multiple-employment talent among local businesses. Pasona JOB HUB will support local companies in solving management challenges and utilizing specialized talent through the planning and operation of matching networking events between local businesses and side-job/multiple-employment professionals.

※ A support hub established to assist companies in hiring and utilizing 'professional talent' with advanced expertise and experience to solve business challenges and support the growth of SMEs within Oita Prefecture.
