This series is named "Career Series." As the first installment of this series, we are launching the AI interview service "Career Gate" today, June 10th, which supports the reduction of workload in scheduling and interview evaluation for companies' initial interviews.

In response, Pasona has leveraged its expertise cultivated through its staffing services to develop the AI product series "Career Series" in-house to support the work of HR personnel. We are now launching "Career Gate" as the first product in this series.

"Career Gate" is a service that utilizes AI-powered avatar interviewers to support the initial interviews of companies that often have a large number of applicants, making them prone to heavy workloads in scheduling and initial screening.

Candidates can take interviews regardless of time or location, allowing companies to provide selection opportunities quickly while candidate interest is high. The interview questions are designed based on Pasona's knowledge gained from staffing services and recruitment consulting, tailored to the job type and selection stage. Furthermore, the system automatically generates follow-up questions based on the candidate's answers to elicit information about their aptitude, aspirations, and skill set. It also automatically summarizes the obtained answers and scores them based on set evaluation criteria, supporting HR personnel in responding quickly and improving the quality of their decisions.

Through the provision of this series, Pasona aims to support the operational efficiency of corporate HR departments and contribute to the growth of Japanese companies.
