Shikishima Baking Co., Ltd. (Pasco) will launch two new products, "Domestic Wheat Deep-Roasted Peanut French Bread" and "Domestic Wheat Whole Wheat & Cereal Bar (2-pack)," as part of its "Domestic Wheat" series, which represents the "Wa-Komugi" brand, starting April 1, 2026 (Wednesday).

"Domestic Wheat Deep-Roasted Peanut French Bread" This product features soft French bread dough filled with a deep-roasted peanut cream containing peanut bits. It is part of the Artisan Selection, created with the desire to let customers easily enjoy the authentic taste of European-style bread.

The dough is finished with a moderate chewiness, featuring a clean acidity and richness. It uses 100% domestic wheat flour (excluding dusting flour).

It contains large peanut bits (eight-cut size), allowing you to enjoy the savory aroma and crunchy texture along with the rich flavor of the cream.

"Domestic Wheat Whole Wheat & Cereal Bar (2-pack)" A crunchy cereal bar made using 100% domestic whole wheat flour. It combines a savory whole wheat cake dough with a whole wheat cookie dough containing cereals and almonds. With a crunchy texture rich in grains, it is a satisfying product even if you eat just one.
