New Entertainment Floor to Open at Nagoya PARCO on September 4th!

【Birth of One of Japan's Largest Entertainment Areas】

Nagoya PARCO (Store Manager: Hideyuki Takakuwa) will open a new floor on the 8th floor of the West Building on September 4, 2026 (Friday), featuring character shops for anime and manga, as well as a large event space called "PARCO HALL." Ten stores will gather, including five stores opening in the Tokai region for the first time, such as "Godzilla Store Nagoya" and "Kamen Rider Store Nagoya." The entire building will be reborn as a new "PARCO 'EntaPARK'," with approximately 40 entertainment shops, becoming one of Japan's largest entertainment zones (*). We aim to attract visitors not only from Nagoya city and surrounding areas but also from a wider region, including inbound tourists.

"CHARACTER×GALAXY=CHARAXY" is the concept for the new visual, expressing the world of EntaPARK, which continues to expand infinitely with diverse IPs and characters, through the imagery of outer space.

【Nagoya PARCO as a New Destination】

In addition to the exhibition space "PARCO HALL," which can host large-scale events, "THE GUEST CAFE BY PARCO," which can offer collaboration menus linked to events, will also be renovated. We will further strengthen the introduction of new events and popular content to the Nagoya area, and through synergistic effects with character shops, we will contribute to the development of entertainment in Nagoya.

Nagoya PARCO's inbound sales forecast for fiscal year 2025 (March 2025 - February 2026) showed a significant increase of 155% compared to the previous year. To further enhance inbound tourism in the future, we aim to attract inbound customers who intend to shop in the central business district of Nagoya by concentrating popular content, including the "ONE PIECE MUGIWARA STORE Nagoya," which has many overseas fans.

In the second release, scheduled for early next month, the floor concept and visuals will be unveiled. Furthermore, the full scope of the new floor, including collaboration items and limited edition products with Nagoya PARCO stores, as well as opening events, will be revealed. SWEETS PARADISE (Opened early on June 12, 2026)

Following this renovation, the method of serving sweets will change to an "order system." Customers will select their desired sweets from a showcase filled with various options, and staff will serve them. While maintaining the "eat as much as you like" concept, please enjoy Sweets Paradise's special sweets.

PARCO HALL

The cultural hub of "PARCO 'EntaPARK'," one of Japan's largest entertainment zones.

The opening exhibition will be the "30th Anniversary of Evangelion Exhibition: ALL OF EVANGELION." This exhibition will feature production materials that are central to the work, such as the colorful cel paintings from the TV series that have not been collectively exhibited before, and the meticulously drawn original drawings from "Rebuild of Evangelion."
